How Do I Use Formula 303?

Formula 303 Directions for Adults and Children 12 and older:

Formula 303 Directions for muscle spasms, take two tablets of Formula 303 every 3 hours until pain subsides. Also take two tablets with each meal, and two at bedtime.

For anxiety, stress and tension, take two tablets with each meal, and two at bedtime.

For treating insomnia, take two tablets approximately 45 minutes before bedtime. If, after taking Formula 303 for a few days, insomnia persists, please consult a doctor.

Precautions

Due to safety concerns in women who are pregnant or nursing, we recommend that you should not take valerian without medical advice because the possible risks to the fetus or infant have not been evaluated.
